CSD Truck Driver Training Program provides you paid compensation for time spent in the classroom and CDL training. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will have the opportunity to transition directly into a full time driving position with CSD.

Program Requirements:
Obtain a Commercial Learners Permit (CLP) from the state you reside in
Have a valid US drivers license and have held a drivers license for 1 year
Clean driving record
Must pass preemployment drug screen and obtain medical card
Will be required to sign a Training Reimbursement Agreement
Program will be 4-6 weeks pending facility requirements

Responsibilities include reading work orders, inspecting finished products, performing routine maintenance, and following all safety and quality procedures. The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Previous manufacturing or machine-operation experience is preferred.
