Consumer Supply owns and manufactures several trusted brands within the pet food and livestock feed categories. Our primary proprietary brands include:

• Country Vet® – A complete line of pet foods, treats, and supplements crafted for dogs and cats.

• Rancher’s Choice® – Quality livestock feeds and farm animal nutrition products.

• Running Horse® Feeds – Premium performance and maintenance feeds formulated specifically for horses.

All CSD-manufactured products use a three-part lot code that includes:

1. An 8-digit assigned lot number

2. A 6-digit packaging date

3. A 4-digit military time stamp

Example:
31214212 121422 1350

This number identifies when and where the batch was produced.

Using the example 31214212:

• 1st digit – “3” → Run number of the production line

• 2nd & 3rd digits – “12” → Month of the year (December)

• 4th & 5th digits – “14” → Day of the month

• 6th digit – “2” → Last digit of the year (2022)

• 7th digit – “1” → Facility number where the batch was produced

• 8th digit – “2” → Production line number

So, 31214212 indicates a batch produced on December 14, 2022, at facility 1, line 2, run 3.

The next 6 digits are the packaging date (Born-on-Date) in MMDDYY format.

Using the example 121422:

• 12 = December

• 14 = 14th

• 22 = 2022

This means the product was packaged on December 14, 2022.

The last 4 digits represent the time of packaging in military (24-hour) format.

Example: 1350

• 13:50 = 1:50 PM

This coding system provides:

• Clear traceability

• Accurate manufacturing and packaging identification

• Insight into production line and facility

• Support for quality control and product safety processes
